Charge for additional riders upon arrival.

+$10 for 1 additional rider

Life Vest are available in the following sizes.

Adult (90lbs+)

Youth (50-90lbs)

Child (30-50lbs)

**Life vest must be kept on and secured at all times until you are instructed to remove.

Operators under 26 years old are required to take a boat safety course. https://www.boatus.org/

Jet Ski

• Two adults.

• Two adults and child

• Adult and two children.

Kayak

• We offer Sit- in and  Sit-on-Top Kayak. 

• Max Weight:

  • ​Sit- in 250

  • ​Sit-on-Top Kayak. 450 lbs.

     

• Seating arrangement:

  • Single

  • Tandem (Double) not exceeding 450 lbs.

  • Tandem with a small child or pet

Rental Insurance: $50/day. You are UNINSURED without it.

 Rental Insurance of $50/day will be added to rentals of two or more jet skis. 

A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.  If there is damage during rental, $1000 is required to cover deductible.

If damage is incurred, the charge of $500 will be applied to the credit card on file immediately or may be adjusted by TC Water Adventures based on an assessment of actual or probable damage including but not limited to:

Actual or estimated costs of repair for physical damage to the equipment.

Cost of recovery to equipment/passengers.

Towing fees, staffing costs to trailer equipment to repair facility and lost rental revenue.

Arrive 30 minutes prior to your rental to watch the safety video, complete a checklist and get the safety briefing.

Rentals will be rescheduled and/or canceled in the event of inclement weather. Reservations canceled due to weather during the rental period will be given a voucher for credit toward use of same or similar piece of equipment at a later date or time.

Late arrivals will shorten your rental time

Late returns will incur fees.

14 days or more before your reserved date are eligible for a refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee.

3-14 days before your reserved date are eligible for a 50% refund.

NO SHOWS are charged in full for the rental period reserved. Parties that has not arrived within 30 minutes of scheduled time of rental shall be deemed a NO SHOW.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation for violations to our policies.
