Where Do We Ride?

• We operate on beautiful Falls Lake in Wake Forest, North Carolina, offering an unforgettable experience on one of the area's most scenic lakes.

What are the age requirements?

• You must be 21 years old to rent a WaveRunner.

• Operators must be 18 years old or older with a valid photo ID.

​

What type of Jet Skis do you offer?

• Join TC Water Adventures on the water and experience our 2022 and 2024 Yamaha Waverunner EX Sports!

• Maximum weight capacity: 425 lbs

• Accommodates:

  • Two adults

  • Two adults and one child

  • One adult and two children

Security Deposit & Insurance

• A refundable security deposit of $225 is required at the time of rental.

​

Damage Policy

• If damage occurs during your rental, charges may be applied to the credit card on file immediately and may exceed the security deposit based on the extent of damages, including but not limited to:

• Recovery and retrieval of equipment and passengers

• Towing expenses

• Transportation of equipment to a repair facility

• Staffing costs

• Lost rental revenue while equipment is out of service

Safety Information

• Watch the safety video emailed after booking.

• Complete the pre-rental and waiver.

• Participate in the mandatory safety briefing.

Inclement Weather Policy

• Rentals may be rescheduled or canceled.

• Reservations interrupted due to weather will receive a credit toward a future rental of the same or similar equipment.

Cancellation Policy

• Late arrivals will shorten your rental time.

• Late returns are subject to additional fees.

​

Refund Schedule

• 14 days or more before your reservation: Refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.

• 3–13 days before your reservation: Eligible for a 50% refund.

• Less than 72 hours before your reservation: No refund.

No Shows

• No-shows are charged the full rental amount.

• Guests who have not arrived within 30 minutes of their scheduled rental time will be considered a No Show.

TC Water Adventures reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to violations of our policies or unsafe behavior.

Do I Need Experience?

• No experience is necessary! Our team provides all riders with a safety orientation and operating instructions before you hit the water.
